    The UK visa application centre aims to provide an efficient service to our applicants. If you have complaints, feedback or suggestions; we would like to know about it as soon as possible. We will ensure a comprehensive and timely response. We will take your complaints, suggestions and feedback seriously and will reply to you within 2 working days. If we cannot give you a complete reply within the given timeframe then we will keep you posted the date weexpect to be able to offer you a reply.

    If you wish to complain about the service you received from the UK Border Agency at the British Embassy, please address your complaint to the visa manager at the UK Border Agency, Doha Qatar, or email embassy.doha@fco.gov.uk. We investigate all complaints fully and will send you a reply within 20 working days.
