The UK visa application centre aims to provide an efficient
service to our applicants. If you have complaints, feedback
or suggestions; we would like to know about it as soon as possible.
We will ensure a comprehensive and timely response. We will
take your complaints, suggestions and feedback seriously and
will reply to you within 2 working days. If we cannot give you
a complete reply within the given timeframe then we will keep
you posted the date weexpect to be able to offer you a reply.

the UK Border Agency at the British Embassy, please address
your complaint to the visa manager at the UK Border Agency,
Doha Qatar, or email embassy.doha@fco.gov.uk.
We investigate all complaints fully and will send you a reply
within 20 working days.
