Location Map

Parking: Applicants intending to visit the UK visa application centre can park in the free parking area in front of the Sherif Building.

Working Days: Sunday to Thursday

Submission: We are open to take applications from 0800Hrs to 1500hrs.

Collection: Passports can be collected between 15:00 - 16:00 only. Please check the progress of your application before coming to the visa application centre through our online tracking service, by phoning our helpline or by using the optional SMS service. If you need to travel or collect your passport urgently please ask to speak to the visa application centre manager.

Facilities for Disabled Applicants
 
Disabled car parking is available.
Guide dogs are not welcome.
An evacuation plan is displayed in the visa application centre at all the entrance points and lifts. Visa staff will assist in the event of an evacuation.
The visa application centre, Lobby area and the lift area are well lit.
Disabled toilets are available.
Signs are displayed in English and Arabic.
The flooring is tile.
Friends or family members may be able to accompany visa applicants inside the premises and throughout the application process by contacting the visa application centre by telephone.

Passport collection:
13:00 to 14:00

Security information:

All applicants and their belongings entering the visa application centre will be subject to a security search. Separate facilities for a security search will be made available for ladies.

For security reasons the following items will not be permitted inside the visa application centre or stored on the premises:

All battery operated or electronic items such as cameras, audio/video cassettes, compact discs, MP3s, floppies, laptops, or portable music players.
All bags such as travel bags, back packs, briefcases, suitcases, leather, jute or cloth bags and zip folders. Only a plastic bag containing your application and related papers will be permitted.
Sealed envelopes or packages.
Any inflammable item such as matchboxes/ lighters/ fuel.
Any sharp objects such as scissors, pen knives or nail filers.
Weapons or weapon - like objects or explosive material of any kind.

This list is not finite. Other items may be prohibited based on security staff discretion.

The visa application centre is unable to store prohibited items. Applicants should make other arrangements to store their belongings before they enter the visa application centre.

Data Protection Act

The Data Protection Act prevents the UK Border Agency and VFS from providing information about an application to anybody other than the individual visa applicant or their authorised representative.
