Important note: Your visa will be processed and decided by the UK Border Agency.Using the premium service does not guarantee that your visa will be issued or processed any quicker than other visa applications.

SMS service - track your application
SMS news updates will be sent to you informing you of the status of your visa application. Once purchased you will receive several automated feedback messages to your mobile phone informing you what stage your application is within the process. The service supports the transfer of SMS text into the language of your choice (Arabic and English languages are available) and re-assures you that your visa application is progressing towards the final stages of the visa application process. At the end of the process you will receive an automated email message (in English only) to your registered email address provided in your application form, informing you that the UK Border Agency has arrived at a decision with regard to your application. You will, however, not be informed on the outcome of this decision.
You can buy this service for 8.00 Qatari Riyals at the same time you submit your visa application form, supporting documents and biometric data at the visa application centre.

Photocopying of Documents:
You may require photocopies of recommended supporting documentation. VFS can take copies for you at the visa application centre for a fee of 2.00 QAR for each sheet.

Prime time appointment - In Qatar visa application centre
Prime time appointment service is mainly aimed to facilitate working professional and business executives who would prefer to apply outside of their own normal working hours. Prime time appointment bookings allow applicants to make an appointment at the Doha visa application centre at a convenient time, outside of normal business hours, at a cost of
QAR 180.00 for each appointment, plus the visa fee. Prime time appointments will be available from
Sunday to Thursday and Saturday as per the below schedule

How to apply for the service

Prime time appointments will be strictly operated under an appointment system online through the VFS website and offline only through email.

For offline booking applicants will be given a confirmation of appointment which will have the booking reference number, Applicants name and passport number and details of date and time of applicant’s appointment booking. Applicants will be required to carry print copy of this when they come to the VAC for applying for the visa. |

Applicant should follow the instructions on the Schedule an Appointment page of website www.vfs-uk.com.qa. |

For online bookings, Applicants are given the option to book an appointment with the visa application centre by selecting prime time option from drop down option available in from the "Book an appointment" page. Prime time appointment slots will be allocated as per the table above |
The service is non-refundable.
Important note: Your visa will be processed and decided by the UK Border Agency. Using the prime time service does not mean that your visa will be processed faster.
Priority Visa Service
You can use our priority service to have your visa application processed ahead of others.
All Qatar nationals and residents may apply for this service in any category of visa application.
To apply for a priority visa you must complete and submit a UK visa application online as normal and visit one of the UK's visa application centres operated by VFS Global in Doha where you will be able to obtain further details about the priority service.
Using the priority service does not imply or guarantee in any way that your visa application will be successful. All visa applicants must meet the requirements of the UK Immigration Rules. The amount paid for the priority service, as well as the visa application fee, is not refundable if the visa application is refused or, in exceptional cases, takes longer to process.
You should be aware that you may experience extended processing times if any of the following factors apply, if you have:

Previously been refused a visa for the UK, and/or; |
|
Previously been refused leave to enter the UK, and/or; |
|
Previously been deported, removed, or otherwise required to leave the UK, and/or; |
|
overstayed a period of leave in the UK, and/or; |
|
been refused leave to remain in the UK by the Home Office, and/or; |
|
been refused a visa for Australia, Canada, New Zealand, United States of America or the Schengen countries, and/or; |
|
been convicted of a criminal offence in any country. |
