There are reserved parking spaces for the disabled in the parking
area adjacent to the lift.
Adaptive (disabled) access:
There is direct access to the Sherif Building lift from the
parking area behind the Sherif Building. Please call the visa
application centre if you need additional help.
Our SMS service will send a message to your mobile phone as soon
as your passport has been returned by the UK Border Agency and
is ready for collection. The fee is an additional 5.00 Qatari
Riyals. You can request this service when you submit your application.

Premium Service:
For those applicants who wish to pay extra for that personal touch
and enhanced customer service, this service will guarantee you
one-to-one attention with a dedicated member of staff who will
guide you to a separate waiting area. Here, your application will
be dealt with in stylish surroundings with refreshments available.
You will be quickly guided through biometric enrolment. We will
also undertake any photocopying of documents that you may require.
Your time is precious, and your entire experience will be one
of speed, efficiency and the level of customer service you demand.
Once returned from the UK Border Agency, your passport will be
couriered back to you at your home or office. To book an appointment
you should phone 00974-4622159 or you can simply present yourself
to reception and ask for the 'Premium Service'. There is an additional
fee for this service of QAR. 150.
Photocopying of Documents:
VFS service staff will photocopy certain recommended supporting
documentation, for a fee of QAR 2 per sheet.
